We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track your activity across our website.

  • Engage with an Approved Fitter

Approved Fitters may also share customer information with us as necessary for fitting, manufacturing, servicing, or aftercare.

4. How We Use Your Data (Lawful Bases)

We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis under the UK GDPR:

  • Contractual necessity – to fulfil orders, fittings, and services
  • Legitimate interests – to operate our business, provide aftercare, manage our fitter network, and improve our products. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have assessed that our interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms, and you may object at any time (see Section 8).
  • Legal obligation – for accounting, tax, and regulatory compliance
  • Consent – for marketing communications and optional use of images and video. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Sharing Your Data

We may share personal data, where necessary, with:

  • Approved Fitters, for fitting, servicing, and aftercare
  • International Saddle Company, Inc. (ISC) or other authorised distribution partners, for international fulfilment or support
  • Professional advisers (accountants, insurers, legal advisers)
  • IT and website service providers acting as our processors

We do not sell your personal data.

6. International Data Transfers

Where we transfer personal data outside the UK — including to International Saddle Company, Inc. (ISC) in the United States — we ensure an appropriate safeguard recognised under the UK GDPR is in place. As the United States does not benefit from a UK adequacy decision, such transfers are made under the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), or the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any additional measures required.

You may request information about the safeguards applied to a specific transfer by contacting us using the details in Section 1.

7. Images, Video, and Technical Records

We may collect photographs, videos, and technical fitting data for:

  • Internal records
  • Quality control
  • Training and research
  • Marketing purposes

Marketing use will only occur where you have given consent or where otherwise permitted by law. You may opt out of marketing use at any time. Operational and legal records may still be retained as required.

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Order and fitting records: up to 7 years
  • Accounting and tax records: as required by law
